About

I joined the CVMP Lab as a Ph.D. student late in 2023.

Previously, I did my Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and my Master’s in Computer Science at Saarland University. I joined the CVMP group for my Master’s Thesis, where I investigated Neuroexplicit Modelling of Optical Flow algorithms. In this work, we combined deep learning models with partial differential diffusion equations to develop architectures that inherit robustness and generalization capabilities from the mathematical models.

I am generally interested in anything that revolves around 3D Computer Vision, generative modeling, and continual learning. Currently I am working on the combination of object-centric generative models and continual learning, as well as unsupervised object discovery.

When I am not staring at a computer screen, I like to cook and experiment with different recipes and cuisines. I love eating out with friends and I am always looking for restaurant recommendations!
