Currently I am conducting a research project that aims to compare various AI governance systems across selected countries and unions (i.e. the USA, the EU and China).

Lecturer

As a teaching staff at the Governance Major of the Liberal Arts and Science program, I have been teaching a diverse range of subjects since 2020. My primary responsibilities include teaching courses, however part of my contract includes also administrative duties. In most of my courses, I make sure to teach students a fair blend of academic knowledge and practical skills. For this purpose, I regularly organized guest lectures and extracurricular activities.Overall, my aim as a lecturer is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become active global citizens and leaders who can contribute to creating a better world.Previous courses:

• Developed from scratch state-of-the-art curricula on the topics of: diplomacy, sustainable development, gender equality; global political economy, civil activism but also European and international institutions.
• Prepared students on academic writing and presentation skills in English;
• Lectured materials on research methods (qualitative and quantitative);
• Organized open lectures with Greenpeace Hildesheim on matters pertinent to Global Warming and Environmental Issues.

• Built from scratch the capacities of the organization to apply for and coordinate EU-funded projects.
• Conducted the organizations‘ accreditation for youth projects such as the European Volunteer Service.
• Enlarged the network of partner organizations and prepared proposals for EU grants.
• Coordinated the projected according to their work packages and deliverable.
• Achieved to acquire the first-ever EU-funding of the organization through the Erasmus+ program.
• Administered e-tools and platforms such as PROSPECT, PRAG, and PADOR.
• Assisted in projects related to the integration and voluntary repatriation of migrants.

• Drafted a country-specific analysis of anti-corruption measures.
• Reviewed of the OSCE “Handbook on Combating Corruption” (2016) developed by the OCEEA.
• Provided a comparative analysis of state-of-art international anti-corruption models.
• Designed efficient modules of action for preventing and suppressing corruption.
• Produced recommendations in order to improve the anti-corruption efforts in the country.
