Internal reporting office of the UTN in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
The German Bundestag passed a law concerning whistleblowing (HinSchG) with the consent of the Bundesrat on May 12, 2023.
Whistleblowing is the act of reporting instances of misconduct or violations of the law, which have the potential to inflict significant harm on a company. Such damage may include tarnishing the company’s reputation and incurring financial losses.
To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established an internal reporting platform at the UTN that guarantees a just process for all involved individuals. This Whistleblowing platform serves as a secure channel to facilitate filing reports and encourages accountability within UTN.
Reports may be submitted by individuals (for example employees, applicants, self-employed, members of the administrative, contractors) who have obtained information about legal violations due to their current or former professional affiliation to the UTN.
On the landing page (Link einfügen) you can file a report anonymously. You are in total control of the content of the message you leave: if you do not provide your contact details, UTN will not know who you are. UTN has no access to the connection data. IP-addresses will not be handed over to us.
