Internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
The Bundestag passed the HinSchG with the approval of the Bundesrat on May 12, 2023.
The aim of the HinSchG is to protect persons who have obtained information about criminal offenses or misconduct in a professional context and report or disclose this to a legally designated reporting office from reprisals if the report is justified.
In order to fulfill the legal requirements, an internal reporting office has been set up at the UTN in accordance with § 12 HinSchG.
