University:Future Festival – UTN and the Ohm shape the partner stage together

The University Future Festival (U:FF) will take place on May 14, 2025. Together with Technische Hochschule Nuremberg Georg Simon Ohm (the Ohm), University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN) is hosting the U:FF partner stage “Shifting Stage”. The event at LEONARDO – Center for Creativity and Innovation in Nuremberg offers exciting insights into modern teaching-learning approaches and presents current research results in the festival track “Innovative Learning”. 

In addition to the talks on the main stage, the Shifting Stage Nuremberg offers a varied program with workshops, activity booths, exhibitions and interactive installations. Keynote speakers include Prof. Dr. Isa Jahnke, Founding Vice President for Academic and International Affairs at UTN, and Dr. Tanja Kaiser, who conducts research at UTN’s Multi-Robot Systems Satellite Lab. The event starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for further exchange.

The University:Future Festival (U:FF) is the largest event on the digital future of academic education. With over 300 sessions, 500 speakers and thousands of participantsn across multiple cities, it brings together stakeholders from universities, politics and society. Key topics include artificial intelligence, technological innovations, university didactics, future skills and educational justice. The festival motto for this year is /imagine – an invitation to everyone to think creatively, critically and, above all, for themselves in these politically and socially difficult times.
